Nightcap Cottage was the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The house was very clean upon arrival. The beach chairs were in great condition. Just a 10-minute walk to or a 5-minute bike ride Seaside. I highly recommend using FunVacay and this rental.

We booked this house for a last minute getaway to the beach and it was perfect! The house is an older bungalow style houses and was one of the cleanest homes we've ever stayed in. We loved being directly across the street from the beach and so close to Seaside. My only complaint is that I wanted to stay longer :) We will be back to our new favorite place!

This house was in a wonderful location. The walway to the beach is right across the road and it is only a 1/2 mile walk to the circle at Seaside. It was very spacious and had plenty of room and beds for our family of 5. It is an older house, so if you are looking for that fancy Seaside house this is not the one for you. However, it is still a cute house and is well maintained and clean.

location location!! This cozy beach cottage is perfect for family friends that love to hang out or go out!! We loved drinking our coffee or wine in the front chairs. The access to the beach is right across the street- the beaches are GORGEOUS!! ! Walk to the shops and food trucks just a few minutes down the road! BBQ under the beautiful magnolia trees lined side yard that is gated with White picket fence. We loved every minute of our stay in Night Cap!
