July 4th VacationGreat house for a trip with family including our teenagers and college kids. House was clean and setup for our group of 8. FunVacay team was really helpful in the process and easy to communicate with on any questions before and during our stay. Keeping this one on the short list to visit again the next time we’re in Destin.

Fabulous Stay!Beautiful house and was exactly as described and pictured. We had a fabulous stay! House was perfect for our family of 8 with plenty of room. Gated community was very nice and the kids were so glad the community pool was so close to the house. Great communication and super easy check-in and check out. Definitely will be back!

The property location was excellent. Our family really enjoyed the balcony views and short walk to the beech and pool. The property itself was had a few blemishes here and there but overall was clean. The check in and out process was confusing at first for someone unfamiliar with vacation rentals. I went a day without a vehicle pass but the property security quickly catch me and sorted it out. I appreciated the security of the community. The private beech was very clean and perfect for family photos. We recommend this stay and would stay here again in the future.

This home is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Loved the large bedrooms with their own en suite bathroom. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything you need. Great balcony and grill to enjoy, and an additional balcony on the third floor. It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and it's walkable to several restaurants (we enjoyed the Crab Trap). FunVacay (managed the rental) provided great customer service. They were always very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this rental property. The only down side was that we missed being able to use the pool/hot tub. The HOA had an event that closed that area for all 6 days that we were vacationing.

Our 2nd stay at Reel Em Inn was awesome-the home is perfect floor plan for our family and has everything you need. Love sitting on the second floor patio(Main level) and listening to the palm trees in the wind and cooking out on the gas grill cooking station. Very short enjoyable walk to the beach and pool(less than 5 min to beach. 3 min to pool). We had to call Fun Vacay for a maintence issue and they responded and follow up right away.

We spent Thanksgiving in Destin. The vacation rental was clean and nice. The location was just a few steps away from the beach. Also, the community pool was nice and heated. The area was quiet. Activities included bike riding and helicopter ride-was open the entire holiday week.

We have been coming to Destin for 35 yrs and normally stayed at a property down the beach that has become too worn and crowded. This home, property and beach front management were outstanding. We really enjoyed the 2nd floor patio with nice breeze in the palm trees. Can't say enough to compliment the whole house and decor. We are already planning our trip here for next year.
