Beautiful home-steps from the sand!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway! We had a group of 14 people, and the house accommodated all of us comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The layout was ideal for a large family.The gated neighborhood was one of our favorite parts. With a 10 mph speed limit throughout the community, we never had to worry about the kids riding bikes or walking around, which made for such a relaxing vacation.The beach access couldn’t have been more convenient—just to the left of the front porch and about a one-minute walk to the sand. It truly doesn’t get much better than that! The Community pool was also directly across the street from the garage of this house.The wraparound porches and the third-floor balcony were incredible. We spent so much time out there enjoying the beautiful ocean views, the sea breeze, and the relaxing beach atmosphere. It was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening.The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy for everyone to get a great night’s sleep after long days at the beach.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home. One of the biggest unexpected bonuses was the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, along with the ice machine. Those two features made such a difference for a large group and were incredibly convenient.The only thing I’d mention—and this isn’t a negative at all, just something future guests may want to know—is that while the third-floor bedroom is absolutely beautiful, there isn’t a bathroom on the third floor. It wasn’t an issue for our family, but it may be helpful information to include in the listing.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Sand Dollar home! The four ensuite bedrooms were beautifully designed and super comfortable. The third-floor loft was a fantastic bonus with the queen bed and pullout trundle, perfect for extra space. The little kitchenette up there was such a nice touch—we loved having coffee in the morning and snacks at night without having to go downstairs. The kids had a blast with all the games available, which kept them entertained for hours. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a family getaway. Highly recommend!
