Your beach vacation will certainly “make a splash” of memories when you jump into THE LILY PAD offering of this luxurious rental in Old Seagrove. As well as being close to the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar-white sandy beach, another great feature of this five-bedroom home that sleeps 16 is the pool can be heated during the cooler months.
The first floor of this stunning, craftsman-style, two-story beauty provides a feast for the eyes, with exposed beams, crystal chandeliers, and a breathtaking open concept of neutral colors. The kitchen is a foodie’s dream, with luxurious marble countertops and glistening stainless steel appliances, including a natural gas stove. The butler’s pantry has a wine cooler and additional counter space for various entertainment options. There’s even a second, full-size refrigerator just inside the mudroom with cubbies for additional storage. Seating options include a cozy breakfast nook, bar-top stools, and a formal dining area. Also, alfresco options are available on the back porch, including a natural gas grill.
The living space has two charming window seats, perfect for curling up with a book or observing coastal nature. Enjoy the large, flat-screen TV while relaxing on one of the couches or chairs that provide plenty of room for all to unwind. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use.
Also on the first floor is a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There’s a luxurious walk-in shower and double vanities; plus, all the home’s bathrooms have exquisite tile features.
The second floor provides a retreat all its own with three king bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has balcony access to enjoy the natural landscaping that surrounds the property. Families staying on the second floor will enjoy the thoughtfully provided wet bar and laundry area. And the younger set will love having their own private space with two sets of built-in, full-size bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom.
Take advantage of the bikes provided to cruise along 30A in Old Seagrove. You are also within a quick walk to Seaside, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shopping! No detail has been overlooked in making this your most enjoyable vacation ever!

The Lily Pad is a fantastic vacation home with everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway! The large private pool with a sun shelf and plenty of seating was a highlight—we spent so much time enjoying it. The golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach and exploring nearby Seaside quick and easy. Inside, the ping pong table and games were a hit with everyone. Great location, great amenities—we’d definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Lily Pad! The home was absolutely perfect for us—spacious, comfortable, and full of great amenities. The location couldn’t be better. my Mom and us girls loved being so close to all the great shopping, while the boys had a blast cruising around in the golf cart. The private pool and games kept everyone entertained, and the easy access to the beach was a huge bonus. We’d love to come back again!

Great place and location. Had a bunch of kids that didn't want to get out of the pool. Walk to the beach was nice, not very long. Easy to get set up and enjoy. Easy walk to the tennis court and nice running trails as well. All the couples thought it was a homerun.

Our family of nine meet here from different states and we had a wonderful week and created wonderful memories at The Lily Pad and Santa Rosa Beach. The house was absolutely perfect! Clean, well supplied, and aesthetically one of the loveliest houses we have stayed in. With most of our past rental experiences, the pictures, perhaps look better than what the house is, this house was opposite that, pictures can’t capture how beautiful this house is!

We will never forget our time spent at the Lily Pad. Absolutely beautiful home with all the luxury details built right in for a perfect stay. Our private picnic & photoshoot on the beach and private chef at the house were memorable additions, but even just lounging on the back patios, pool, or by the fireplace were great too! I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay. Our group consisted of 12 ladies and we had PLENTY of room. The bedrooms were AWESOME! All the common areas: AWESOME! And don’t even get me started on the porches and pool. It truly was a beautiful hideaway walkable to the beach! Host was SO responsive and super helpful. We were more upset leaving the house than we were leaving the beach LOL. I can’t wait to bring my family back here. I will ALWAYS book FunVacay.
