From its close proximity to the glistening sands along the Gulf of Mexico to the private, walled-in pool/hot tub area, the prospect of a ride on a nautical equestrian won’t seem so far-fetched! This Destin, Florida, three-story vacation rental is conveniently located in the Destiny by the Sea gated community along Scenic Highway 98, and is perfect for a large group.

The cozy décor will remind you of home, and a convenient elevator will make transitioning from floor to floor effortless.

Bunk beds and a game room will delight the children, while the adults will enjoy the large-screen TV in the comfortable living area or a rousing game of Foosball in the game room. The living area also has a sleeper sofa. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The game room has a small fridge and microwave, handy for drinks and snacks. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy fresh seafood, so bountiful year-round; plus, a grill will easily ensure outdoor cooking. There is an expansive open-concept dining area, plus countertop seating. In addition, the extended balcony offers the option of dining outdoors while enjoying the coastal breeze, or eating poolside is another perfect option.

There are five bedrooms and five and a half baths, so everyone will have privacy. There are two primary king bedrooms with a soaking tub, shower, and one has double vanity. Plus, a private balcony, extending across the property’s width, provides just the right touch for early morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or to enjoy the phases of the moon and sun.

Destiny by the Sea offers two private beach accesses, a community pool with hot tub, as well as lounging area surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds. Dining and shopping options are numerous as well as golf, tennis, biking, boating and water sports.

About the Community:

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Wide walking and bike paths add to the ambiance of touring the area. Plus, guests can enjoy a lavish community pool and hot tub. The pool bathhouse includes changing rooms and showers for your convenience. Next door to this luxurious neighborhood is The Crab Trap. Its location is perfect for purchasing food and drink to enjoy while on the beach.

This area of Northwest Florida is very proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. For your safety, be sure to be aware of the Flag Warning System, which is also accessible by text.
