A short walk to the beach, this three-story rental is in the very popular Destiny by the Sea Community of Destin, Florida. On the first floor are two king bedrooms with ensuite baths featuring walk-in showers. Right inside the entry, and perfect for a family, there’s a kitchenette with a mini fridge, wet bar, and microwave.

The main living area is on the second floor with palatial arched windows letting in lots of natural, sun-kissed light. For your enjoyment, there’s a flat-screen TV and wet bar. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. This level also has a half bath. A balcony, conveniently located near the kitchen, has a gas grill. The kitchen is full-stocked with gourmet features, like a dual gas stove for exacting culinary activities. Plus, the open-concept design will allow everyone to dine in fashionable comfort.

The third floor has an efficient bunk room, but it’s the expansive primary bedroom with wet bar that will capture everyone’s attention along with its ensuite deluxe bath. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. There’s an oversized soaking tub and a custom, double-entry, walk-through spacious shower. The multiple shower heads will offer a totally unique and memorable bathing experience. The balcony provides the perfect place to relax morning or evening.

Close by, there’s a community pool, hot tub, and a shaded seating area, making for a great meet-up location.

About the Community:

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Wide walking and bike paths add to the ambiance of touring the area. Plus, guests can enjoy a lavish community pool and hot tub. The pool bathhouse includes changing rooms and showers for your convenience. Next door to this luxurious neighborhood is The Crab Trap. Its location is perfect for purchasing food and drink to enjoy while on the beach.

This area of Northwest Florida is proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. For your safety, be sure to be aware of the Flag Warning System, which is also accessible by text.
