Stylish Interiors and Thoughtful Touches
Step through the grand entryway and discover the home’s open and airy layout. The first floor includes three bedrooms—one king and two queens—two full baths, a wet bar, mini fridge, coffee station, and a dedicated laundry area. Each bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV and luxury linens, while bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and full-length mirrors.
The second floor is the heart of the home, where guests can gather in the spacious open-concept living area featuring plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy (decorative only) fireplace. Share meals at the large dining table or kitchen island while prepping dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and gas grill. A game table offers extra entertainment, and an expansive balcony delivers views of the Gulf just beyond.
Also on the second floor is a luxurious king suite with a private bath and balcony access.

Please note: Per community rules, outside golf cart rentals, personal tents, and umbrellas are not allowed. Beach service is provided by Sun, Sand and Sea and includes chair and umbrella rentals. Please use walkovers to protect our dunes and avoid disturbing sea turtle nests.

Our stay at My Ty was excellent! The owners were very welcoming and kind. The home is intricately designed, leaving a place that feels well-lived in and inviting. The location is great, with the beach as the backyard and a great number of restaurants a short drive away. The hot tub and heated pool were very comfortable to use, even at night when it was a little colder. Overall, our stay was amazing. Would recommend!

The house was clean, well stocked, and had a great layout for a large family (grandparents, parents, kids) to comfortably share and enjoy. We really appreciated all of the pool toys, beach items, bikes, etc. Property was extremely close to the beach access point but felt very private. We found this beautiful home in the highly sought after gated community of Destiny By the Sea. We found the arrival and check-in progress to be very easy and made us feel safe as a family with school age children. This home was more beautiful than any picture could have shown. The landscapes were evident that they spared no expenses down to the last details even around the quaint pool area that we thoroughly enjoyed daily. The home was decorated beautifully with whimsical designs that brought the elegant feel of the home to the fun festive feeling of being at an oasis on the gorgeous beaches of Destin/Miramar. We had the best time and enjoyed all the thoughtful touches this home provided from the toys in the garage for the kids to use in the pool and down at the beach, to the bikes that they rode in the evening. We had a few minor bumbs along the way with the typical things you may encounter on a normal day in a house as well appreciated as this one, but the owner addressed them immediately with the intent to have our stay not to be disrupted! We were very pleased that the beds were extremely comfortable and provided us all with a wonderful nights sleep all week. Both of our families with a total of sixteen of us were able to be accommodate comfortably with ease in this three story home. Thanks again to the management and staff that made this stay very memorable for our families after a much needed and difficult two and a half years. This vacation will be one for the books!!!

What a great house! Location and beach access was perfect, layout of rooms and space was perfect, beds were perfect. What else can I say. Our family of 13 had a wonderful week at this location and enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the space that allowed us to spread out and sit out on the balconies or indoors to visit. Property management was easily available for all of our questions or needs. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. We would definitely recommend and return!!

The 3 story spacious house easily fit me and 7 other teenagers. This isn’t just for adults but can aclimate to almost anyone. Each bedroom is open with a very large and comfortable bed. The beach is less than a minute walk away, not to mention you can see it from the kitchen. The pool and the hot tub were a great cleansers after a long time on the sandy beach. Even the beach itself is never too crowded but pristine and peaceful. This is by far my favorite place I have ever spent a beach vacation, I would highly recommend it to anyone interested.
